PHILOSOPHY

"Organic growth through like-minded individuals reaching a common goal."

What we Believe

We believe that fitness is not trend, but a lifelong practice that should evolve continually. Our approach is to take each client down the correct path, not the shortest or easiest one. With these beliefs in mind, we’ve created a private environment that focuses on building strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and stability. We emphasize improving functional movement through sound biomechanics.

Training is customized for each client and based on an initial assessment. Whether in a private or group class (with a maximum of only 7 people), members receive a customized daily workout that is specific to their goals and abilities.

Unlike many training programs, we create an environment for sustainable success and lifelong fitness. We are committed to developing a culture in which members support one another and celebrate personal and group achievements. We are truly a family.

Who We Are

Fulton Fit House opened in 2010 with just one client in a modest 600-square-foot loft. Eight months later, we grew to 35 clients and expanded into our current home, a 2500-square-foot, tri-level space in the Fulton Market District. Our clients success, coupled with powerful word of mouth has helped us continue to grow and welcome other members into our family, the very essence of "organic growth through like-minded people reaching a common goal!" Come experience our passion!
