There’s no shortage of gyms and trainers in Chicago offering the latest and trendy workouts. Fitness isn’t a trend, it is a lifelong practice that continually evolves as you do. We want to improve the quality of our members’ lives by offering lasting fitness support that encourages physical and mental well-being. Our approach is to take each of our members down the correct path, which isn’t always the shortest or easiest one. With these beliefs in mind, we’ve created an intimate environment where we focus on building strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and stability. Each member is given the tools to make sustainable and impactful change, in a setting that fosters trust and organic growth.

PRIVATE & SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS
The way you move and interact with your surroundings matters, whether it’s sitting at a desk, being with friends and family or running training for a 14 mile OCR. Our programs confront the impacts of sedentary lifestyle and re-educate your body to its optimal form. Private 1:1 and Semi Private sessions are customized to your needs and provide lasting fitness support for whatever stage of life you are in. Core Certifications include; Functional Movement Systems (FMS & FCS), The Ready State (Formally Mobility WOD Specialist) & National Academy Sports Medicine (NASM), CSCS.
Youth Movement Literacy
Children must experience and perfect a variety of motor skills in order to ensure a practice of healthy lifestyle choices. Movement stimulates cognition. A child’s introduction to problem solving is based in interactions with their environment. Fostering an appreciation for how the human body moves and manipulates its environment is just the first building block to optimal development. The Fulton Fit House Youth Program covers the fundamental periods of a child's growth with dynamic, ever changing workouts, games, obstacles and mental challenges. Core Certifications include; IYCA Youth Fitness LV 1 & High School Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
